Please fill in the questions below and submit your request to our pharmacy team.

Please note, prescription refill submissions can take up to 24 - 72 hours to source and process, dependent on product availability. Delays in shipments may occur during winter, to ensure your pet has everything they need please order 5 - 7 days in advance. When the prescription has been sourced, filled and approved by a veterinarian, a member of our pharmacy care team will contact you as soon as it is ready for pick-up.
